Mission Statement:

TRI-UNITY ENERGY MANAGEMENT LLC (TUEM) provides information, services, and products which improve
Community level environmental sustainability while coordinating existing services and addressing the ENERGY, FOOD AND
WASTE RECOVERY needs for Southern Colorado. Our goal is for all citizens to learn how to recycle and renergize their lives.

THE COMPANY

George Samaras: Owner & Recycled Human Being

Because of a Life altering Near Death Experience auto accident caused 10 years ago by an alcohol impaired 16 year old, George
has totally re prioritized his life. He considers himself to be a Recycled Human Being.

George is VERY involved in the Sustainability Movement in Southern Colorado and has thus started TUEM to help train and teach
others. He started doing Alternative Energy & Lifestyles Education and Programs for his community in 1978 before it was a
vogue thing to do. Why? Because he not only saw the handwriting on the wall back then, but because he knew it was the right thing
to do if we are to pass this earth on to our children and our grand children .

His goals and that of TUEM is to encourage ALL people to at least learn about and be able to participate in reducing their wastes
through recycling and other methods of Earth Stewardship which include: sustainability activities, teaching neighbors,
elementary school children, and others how and what to recycle.

George is also actively involved in getting local Polititions to make a firm commitment to help deal with environmental issues.
For George and TUEM it's high- time to stop talking about it and begin to do something about it. George is also heavily involed in
the Happy Worm Herders Project.

George started TUEM Productions to help raise monies for various charities by producing musical fundraisers for his
community. As a musician himself he realizes the healing powers of music and as such uses music to help benefit others.
